Though our brand was born in 2021, our roots stretch back over half a century. In the 1970s, our family migrated to Australia, bringing with us the rich heritage of European biscuit-making. What began with the founding of the Tevere Biscuit Company and a series of beloved cake shops has grown into a legacy of flavour, care, and dedication.
We use only the finest ingredients — including premium Australian produce — to ensure every bite reflects our commitment to quality, flavour, and heritage. From our signature Almond Bread and buttery shortbreads to festive seasonal favourites, our range is designed to bring joy to every table and celebration.
Over decades, our recipes were lovingly refined, culminating in the creation of our Melbourne-based factory in Thomastown — a space where tradition meets innovation. Today, we remain proudly family-owned and operated, handcrafting authentic continental-style biscuits and tarts with the same passion that started it all.
